With over 6 years of nursing experience, Melissa has gained mastery in the specialties of nursing, the operating room, ambulatory surgery/recovery and nursing management/supervision. As a practicing registered nurse Melissa understands the inner workings of the inpatient and outpatient settings as a staff nurse, charge nurse, and supervisor- critiquing nursing and medical care on a daily basis.

Melissa is also certified as a perioperative nurse (CNOR) and is a certified legal nurse consultant (CLNC).
